MAC promotes the economic empowerment of women and youth in the community
MAC is actively involved in education projects, particularly in rural and tribal areas. Through Project Vannam, they renovate Anganwadi centers with the goal of increasing student enrollment, reducing dropout rates, and creating safe and hygienic environments for children. Additionally, MAC offers career guidance, life skills programs and Health education awareness programs to support students in remote regions. They also run early education programs at ICDS centres, providing a strong foundation for overall child development, including physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and linguistic growth.

Learning Through Art Anganwadi Wall Paintings

Anganwadi centers play a pivotal role in shaping early childhood education, and MAC Trust is redefining these spaces through the power of art. By adorning the walls with vibrant murals, the Trust creates an environment that is both engaging and educational. These colorful artworks go beyond aesthetics, incorporating themes like alphabets, animals, and cultural motifs to make learning interactive and enjoyable. Each mural is carefully designed to capture the curiosity of young minds, turning everyday surroundings into a dynamic educational experience. Children not only learn from these visuals but also develop cognitive and emotional skills as they interact with the artwork, making the process of education holistic and meaningful.
These murals also foster a deeper connection between the community and the Anganwadi centers. Parents and caregivers feel a renewed sense of pride in these spaces, often becoming active participants in maintaining and supporting the centers. The artwork resonates culturally, bridging traditional values with modern educational methods. By transforming Anganwadi centers into vibrant hubs of creativity and knowledge, MAC Trust ensures that learning is not confined to textbooks but is woven into the fabric of daily life, empowering communities and shaping brighter futures for the children they serve.
Guiding Futures: Career Mentorship

MAC Trust’s Guiding Future Career Mentorship Program is transforming the lives of government school students by providing career guidance,
mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. By connecting students with experienced professionals, the program helps them explore career paths, build essential skills, and gain confidence to pursue their dreams.
Through tailored workshops and inspiring mentor ship, MAC Trust ensures that every student is equipped with the tools to achieve meaningful
careers and lifelong success.
Early Education Care

Education and Care Initiative of our program focuses on enhancing early childhood education in Anganwadi centers for children aged 1 to 5 years. Recognizing that 80% of brain development occurs during this critical period, we aim to provide holistic care and education that supports the development of gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and sensory motor skills.
The initiative equips Anganwadi workers with tools and techniques to engage children in age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and growth. By emphasizing play-based learning and sensory exploration, the program ensures children receive the foundational support needed for their cognitive, physical, and emotional development.
Life Skills for Thriving Futures

MAC Trust equips students with essential life skills like communication, decision-making, and emotional intelligence, helping them navigate challenges with confidence and resilience. By fostering empathy, teamwork, and adaptability, the program empowers students to overcome obstacles and contribute
positively to society.
Through this initiative, MAC Trust ensures that students are prepared for both personal success and meaningful societal impact.
